Dismissed felony cases
In Pennington County Sheriff’s Office cases, Nicholas Arley Hagman, 30, of Thief River Falls, had two felony offenses dismissed.
The dismissed counts were first-degree sale of a controlled substance and first-degree controlled substance crime with a previous conviction listed.
Pennington County Sheriff’s Office cases
Tayten Michael Erickson, 20, of Deer River, was listed for driving after suspension. The fine was $285.
Joshua Thomas Eck, 22, of Thief River Falls, was listed for third-degree driving while impaired. The disposition listed a $890 fine.
The court also listed 364 days in jail, stayed for two years. He received credit for two days served.
The order listed probation to the court for two years. A full assessment was required within 60 days of sentencing.
The order also required treatment and aftercare, as recommended.

Minnesota State Patrol cases
Ethan Paul Peterson, 34, of Thief River Falls, was listed for second-degree DWI test refusal. The fine was $915, with $750 stayed.
The order listed 364 days in jail, stayed for four years. It also listed supervised probation for four years.
The order required an assessment within 60 days. Treatment and aftercare were also required, as recommended.
The order listed completion of the Marshall County DWI Court Program.
Rodney Dean Spears, 34, of Red Lake, was listed for a child passenger restraint violation. The fine was $135.
Chelsey Rae Stanley, 35, of Thief River Falls, was listed for 65 in a 60 zone. The fine was $125.
Kevin Lee Midbo, 58, of Lengby, was listed for no seat belt worn. The fine was $110.

Jeffrey Allen Lacey, 47, of Thief River Falls, had a no proof of insurance charge dismissed.
Thief River Falls Police Department cases
Brandon Louis Housey, 33, of Badger, was listed for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree possession of a Schedule 1, 2, 3, or 4 substance, or paraphernalia residual not cannabis or hemp.
The disposition listed a $210 fine. The order listed 364 days in jail, stayed for two years.
He received credit for time served. The order listed supervised probation for two years.
The order required the following assessment recommendations. That could include aftercare or mental health services.
Cody Russell Hulst, 21, of Thief River Falls, had a traffic regulations charge dismissed. The issue involved automobile fenders.
Francisco Leal III, 20, of Thief River Falls, was listed for 40 in a 30 zone. The fine was $125.
Dean Arland Brandon, 59, of Thief River Falls, was listed for third-degree DWI with one aggravating factor and a 0.08 to 0.15 test result. The fine was $690.

Taylor Rae Alkire, 24, of Thief River Falls, was listed for dogs and cats at large. The fine was $135.
