- FINK AND ANOTHER MAN CONVINCED TWO TEENAGE GIRLS TO GO TO A MOTEL ROOM TO “MODEL IN SWIMSUITS” FOR MONEY. FINK PROVIDED THE GIRLS WITH ALCOHOL AND SET UP A VIDEO CAMERA TO RECORD THE “MODELING.” A VIDEOTAPE WAS TAKEN INTO EVIDENCE SHOWING FIND TOUCHING THE BREASTS AND CROTCH AREA OF A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL.
