Detroit Lakes (trfnews.i234.me) — A Frazee woman is facing a felony charge in Becker County after a reported property damage case in Detroit Lakes.

According to a Becker County District Court complaint, Kaycee Leigh Gullickson is charged with first-degree damage to property. The charge was filed under Minnesota Statute 609.595.

The complaint says the case began on December 2, 2025. Police responded at about 6:10 p.m. to a property damage report at a home on Minnesota Avenue.

Authorities said Gullickson and an adult male were in a relationship. The man told police they had been arguing before he left the home to do work.

Truck And Household Items Reported Damaged

The complaint says the man later received a call from Gullickson. During that call, she allegedly asked how his truck looked now.

Police later inspected the truck inside a garage. The complaint says several windows were damaged. They included driver-side windows, rear cab windows, and one passenger-side window.

Investigators also reported several punctures on the rear of the truck cab. The marks were described as being consistent with axe damage.

The complaint says Gullickson later returned to the home and spoke with police. She allegedly confirmed damaging the truck and the household items.

Authorities later received a damage estimate totaling $4,222.34. The complaint says the amount was based on repair and replacement costs.

First-degree damage to property is listed as a felony in the complaint. The listed maximum sentence is five years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.

The case is filed in Becker County District Court. The court file number listed in the complaint is 03-CR-26-884.
