Billie May Tammi, 33, of Crookston, for driving with a revoked license
Dustin Arthur Reinhart, 48, of Hendrum, for prostitution/violation of order of protection
McKenzie Louis Frison, 28, of Georgetown, for probation violation
Rachel Ann Kuhn, 44, of Cavalier, ND, for second-degree DUI with 2 or more aggravating factors
