Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — A Thief River Falls man has been cited after police received a domestic assault report early May 11.
The report came in at about 2:25 a.m. from the 200 block of Arnold Avenue North.
Elijah Lee Louis Belgarde, 18, of Thief River Falls, has been cited for domestic assault.
According to the report, Belgarde allegedly assaulted a woman at that location.
Early Morning Assault Report
Police were called after the alleged assault was reported in a residential area of Thief River Falls.
Authorities have not released further details about the woman’s condition.
