EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Duo Arrested in Stolen Vehicle Case in East Grand Forks
A woman from Karlstad and a man from Moorhead have been arrested in East Grand Forks following an investigation into a stolen vehicle from Kittson County, Minnesota. Angelica Bray of Karlstad and Christopher Cloud of Moorhead are now facing serious criminal charges.
According to court documents, on July 10th, both individuals were apprehended at the Fairfield Inn in East Grand Forks after a car stolen from Kittson County was discovered in the parking lot. Bray has been charged with motor vehicle theft and conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft. Cloud faces charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, as a .22 pistol was found in his backpack, and possession of meth and fentanyl in a prohibited zone.
