Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — A felony stay of adjudication was granted in the latest Pennington County Citation Disposition Bulletin.

Shauna Lee Stephens, 39, of Park Rapids, received a stay for felony fleeing in a motor vehicle.

Her case was continued with a $210 payment and three years of supervised probation.

She must complete all programs directed by her agent.

That may include mental health or VA programming.

She must also follow all evaluation and assessment recommendations.

Stephens may not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or dangerous weapons during probation.

Charges of reckless driving, giving a false name, obstruction, and speeding were dismissed.

Other Thief River Falls Cases

Joshua Lee Whitlow, 52, of Argyle, had a felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge dismissed.

Allison Lea Holter, 32, of Thief River Falls, had two charges dismissed.

Those charges were fifth-degree possession and third-degree DWI test refusal.

Robert Fitzgerald Wallace, 62, of St. Hilaire, had a driving after cancellation charge dismissed.

Matthew Robert Linder, 30, of Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for window tint restrictions.

DWI And Driving Cases

Harold James Sayers, 46, of Thief River Falls, was sentenced for second-degree DWI test refusal.

He was fined $440 and received 364 days in jail.

Of that time, 334 days were stayed for two years.

He received credit for 19 days served.

Sayers must complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days.

He must also complete treatment and aftercare recommendations.

A driving after revocation charge was dismissed.

Cody Mitchell Meekma, 37, of Thief River Falls, was fined $285 for driving after revocation.

A proof of insurance charge was dismissed.

Eric Fox, 47, of Thief River Falls, was sentenced for third-degree DWI.

He was fined $1,115 and received 364 days stayed for two years.

He was placed on probation for two years.

State Patrol And Sheriff Cases

Blake Michael Arlt, 22, of Red Lake Falls, was fined $135 for careless driving.

His 30-day jail term was stayed for 360 days.

Nicholas John Garrigan, 44, of Redby, was fined $285 for no insurance.

Other listed cases included speeding, seat belt, and stop sign violations.
