Becker County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Shane Kyle Harris, 31, of Lake Park, was charged in Becker County District Court with felony fifth-degree drug possession and misdemeanor driving after his license was suspended.
According to court records, on the afternoon of October 15, 2023, Harris was pulled over on Highway 10 for driving with a suspended license and an active warrant. Upon his arrest, a search revealed a small bag containing a crystal-like substance in his pants pocket. The substance, weighing 0.9 grams, field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
However, on April 10, the charge was dismissed due to prosecutorial discretion, according to court records.
