Traffic Stop on Highway 1

The complaint says a deputy saw a westbound vehicle cross the fog line and center line several times. The stop happened near State Highway 1 East and Oak Avenue North.

According to the complaint, the driver was identified as Alicia Noel Wikert, 39. The complaint says open Busch Light cans were seen inside the vehicle. It also says another beer can was found near her feet.
