Ogema, Becker County (trfnews.i234.me) Glenda Jean Anderson of rural Ogema is facing two criminal charges after a March 22 disturbance call in Becker County, according to a complaint filed in district court.

Charges Filed In Becker County

Court records show Anderson is charged with two counts of obstructing legal process. One count is a gross misdemeanor. The second count is a misdemeanor.

The complaint says both charges stem from an incident on March 22, 2026. The case was filed in Becker County District Court. Readers can review Minnesota court information through Minnesota Court Records Online.

The charges were filed under Minnesota Statute 609.50, which covers obstructing or interfering with a peace officer.

What The Complaint Says Happened

According to the complaint, an officer was sent to a home in rural Ogema after a report of a disturbance. When the officer arrived, Anderson said her son was there drinking and that there had been an altercation.

The complaint says Dustin Eugene Jack then came out of the house and confronted the officer. Investigators say Jack pushed and punched the officer during the encounter.

Authorities say Anderson then stepped into the struggle. The complaint alleges that she grabbed at the officer’s Taser several times while the officer tried to control Jack.

The complaint also says Anderson told the officer that Jack had a knife. During the struggle, investigators say the officer saw a knife near Jack on the porch. The complaint states Jack tried to reach it before the knife was thrown away from him.

Another deputy later arrived and helped place Jack in handcuffs, according to the complaint.

Injuries And Statements

After the incident, the complaint says the officer showed signs of injury and later went to a hospital. A doctor reported a concussion, a swollen eye, and a cut on the elbow.

The complaint also says Anderson later told the officer that nobody had been hurt with the knife. She also said Jack had pulled the knife on her. The complaint says Anderson and Jack had been drinking and arguing over a phone before the confrontation.

These charges are only allegations. Anderson is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Becker County information is also available through the Becker County official website.
