Grand Forks (trfnews.i234.me)  – A Grand Forks woman is facing a felony burglary charge after an alleged incident at a downtown apartment building.

Josia Rose Mary Roberts of Grand Forks has been charged with felony burglary.
She also faces misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and simple assault.
The charges are based on court documents.

What the police say happened

According to court documents, officers were sent to the Ryan House in downtown Grand Forks on February 22.
The call was about an assault that reportedly happened earlier.

A female victim told police that Roberts entered her apartment.
The victim said Roberts was told many times to leave.
The victim said Roberts would not leave.

The victim reported Roberts then began damaging items inside the apartment.
The victim said Roberts also threw items around.
The victim said Roberts also threw her during the incident.

Arrest and charges

Roberts was arrested and later charged in the case.
The felony count is burglary.
