we have some bad roads and road rage going on in grand forks on this uh sunday evening this is video at about 5 20 p.m on 32nd avenue south uh poor visibility and roads clogging up now a bit earlier at 4 15 we had a road rage incident uh down here off on 17th street i just talked with sergeant calendar the grand forks police department says one driver wasn’t happy with another got up and went to talk to him and apparently pointed a pepper spray can at him but didn’t shoot it the other driver called police the police came and talked to the two drivers and both were sent on their way with no citation after a little road rage incident and possible threat of a pepper spray as the roads are still bad here in grand forks on this sunday evening i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

North Dakota road rage…we use pepper spray here, dontcha know…
North Dakota has some of the worst drivers i've ever seen in my life honestly.. and i think i know why…. the written test to get your permit is only 25 questions long and in other states it's 40-50 questions long and the road test probably isn't much better i have a strange feeling that in this state they don't teach you how to do a lot of things properly.. explains why this state frequently ranks as the worst to drive in also doesn't help they let 15 year olds drive on restricted licenses alone here too
