What family members are saying
Julie Sailor, the man’s ex-wife, contacted TRF News on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She identified him as Brian Sailor.

Brian Sailor was housed at the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center in Devils Lake. The complex includes the Lake Region Correctional Facility.
