According to court documents, police were called to a disturbance around 1:39 a.m. on November 4 in Grand Forks. When officers arrived, a male victim reported that Shane Saxon had head-butted him, causing multiple broken teeth.
The victim told investigators that Saxon also threatened to kill him if he reported the assault to police. Officers confirmed the victim’s visible injuries at the scene, describing significant trauma to his mouth.
Saxon was later arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault and terrorizing under North Dakota law. Both offenses carry potential prison time if convicted.
The case remains under review by the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office. Anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact local authorities.
