Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me): Woman Cited for Domestic Assault in Thief River Falls
A Thief River Falls woman has been arrested and cited for domestic assault following a disturbance at a home along Barnick Road on the evening of September 27.
According to the Thief River Falls Police Department, officers were called to a residence at approximately 7:35 p.m. after receiving a report that a woman was allegedly “in a man’s face” during an argument.
Police identified the suspect as 23-year-old Jasmine Joy Grindeland of Thief River Falls.
She was arrested at the scene and later cited for domestic assault.
The report released to the media did not include the exact address of the incident or indicate whether the man involved suffered any injuries.
Authorities have not released further details about what led up to the altercation.
Domestic assault is a serious offense under Minnesota law and can result in jail time, fines, and court-ordered counseling.
