According to court records, Anderson was convicted in February 2001 in Stutsman County District Court for corruption and solicitation of a minor. Police reported finding a 16-year-old girl at his residence, with evidence of repeated sexual contact. Anderson received a one-year sentence with credit for 48 days and six years of supervised probation.
Earlier, in March 1999, Anderson was convicted of aggravated assault in the same county after striking a 17-year-old boy with a baseball bat, causing head and facial injuries that required stitches. He was sentenced to five years, suspended, with probation for the same period.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry lists Anderson at multiple Jamestown addresses, including a unit on 6th Avenue Southwest and a downtown address on 1st Avenue South. Registry officials also note periods of homelessness.
Descriptions list Anderson as a Black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Tattoos documented on the registry include a Wu-Tang Clan symbol on his face, graffiti art, and phrases such as “LOYAL, HONOR, BROTHERHOOD, RESPECT.”
Anderson’s risk level is listed as high, and his registration is set for life. The North Dakota Attorney General’s Office oversees the registry, which is available to the public through the National Sex Offender Public Website.
Authorities emphasize that identification of offenders requires fingerprint comparison and warn against the misuse of registry data for harassment or illegal activity.
