Duluth ( trfnews.i234.me ) – Duluth police say a 25-year-old Cloquet man is facing charges after a prowler and credit card fraud investigation led to his arrest.
Authorities identified Michael Huisinger as a suspect during their investigation on Sunday. Officers later spotted Huisinger driving on Superior Street and conducted a traffic stop.
A search of his vehicle uncovered two handguns, one of which had previously been reported stolen. Huisinger was booked into the St. Louis County Jail and is awaiting formal charges related to fraud.
