Grand Forks County (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities in Grand Forks County have filed felony charges against David Meine following a police response early Wednesday morning.
According to court documents, officers were dispatched at approximately 6:24 a.m. on July 30 to 11:03 South 17th Street for a welfare check. Police say Meine was found sleeping in the front yard. When he stood up, officers observed a handgun in his waistband, prompting a large police presence with weapons drawn.
