Grand Forks, Grand Forks County (trfnews.i234.me) – Breaking news this Sunday afternoon from Grand Forks, where a heavy police presence was reported at the Winterland Apartments, located at 4275 Fifth Avenue North, just behind the Loaf ‘N Jug near University Avenue and 42nd Street.
At approximately 2:00 p.m., officers were seen detaining one individual and escorting them out of the apartment complex. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, and it’s not yet confirmed whether this was related to a warrant, emergency call, or another type of investigation.
A resident of the apartment building reported that tenants on the second floor were asked to evacuate shortly before police moved in. However, no mass evacuation was observed by our team on the ground.
