Becker County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me)Anna Marie Gnahn, 41, of Fergus Falls, has been sentenced for gross misdemeanor domestic assault after a violent threat incident in Becker County. A felony charge for threats of violence was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

On June 2, 2024, deputies responded to a Deroxe Road residence after reports that Gnahn had threatened to shoot three people sitting in a car. Witnesses said Gnahn, who had been temporarily staying at the residence, came out yelling and threatening them with violence.

Inside the home, deputies found a 12-gauge shotgun leaning near the dining area—unloaded, but visible. Gnahn denied making threats, but gave conflicting accounts about who lived at the residence.

Gnahn, who has a 2023 domestic assault conviction, was sentenced June 4 to 364 days in jail, with 225 days stayed for two years. She received credit for 139 days served and was placed on supervised probation. Conditions include treatment, counseling, weapons ban, and abstaining from drugs and alcohol.
