Otter Tail County (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fergus Falls man is facing serious felony charges following allegations of sexual misconduct with a juvenile female.
According to court documents, Jacob Gordon Watterud began communicating with the juvenile through social media, where they exchanged explicit messages and nude photos. Authorities say the interactions escalated to multiple instances of sexual intercourse.
