Savage, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — A tragic discovery was made Monday morning when authorities found the body of an adult male in the Minnesota River near the 12000 block of Yosemite Avenue South, close to the port entrance in Savage.
Deputies from the Scott County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 10:25 a.m. after receiving a report of a body in the water. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released, and the cause and manner of death remain under investigation.
The Scott County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation, with assistance from local agencies. Authorities are urging anyone with information that could aid in the investigation to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 952-445-1411 or submit a tip online.
