Ramsey County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — William Oliver Labon, a 41-year-old convicted sex offender, is once again a wanted fugitive. As of April 25, 2025, the Minnesota Department of Corrections has issued a warrant for his arrest. Labon’s criminal history includes convictions for criminal sexual conduct.
Labon was previously sentenced on February 8, 2012, and released on December 26, 2024. However, he has since violated the terms of his release, prompting authorities to seek public assistance in locating him.
