Police say Dacian Wolff of Thief River Falls was driving a 2000 Ford F-250. The report says he was traveling south from an alley connected to a parking lot.
According to the report, Wolff drove onto First Street. His pickup was then struck by a westbound 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, police said.
The Chrysler was driven by Grant Asp of Thief River Falls, according to the report.
