$40,000 vehicle set ablaze in Red Lake, Minnesota

RED LAKE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) Authorities are investigating an arson case at Red Lake, Minnesota. A new, $40,000 vehicle was torched.
the bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms is helping the red lake police department investigate a case where a new vehicle was torched according to red lake police on april 30th at 4 30 a.m a vehicle fire was discovered in the driveway of a residence on circle pines road red-like police and red lake fire responded to the scene to extinguish the fire before it could spread to the occupied residence near the car fortunately no injuries to the car owner or occupants of the resident the case is being investigated as an arson three individuals were seen on a surveillance video approached the car and one of them tossed a lighted bottle containing an unknown accelerant under the car the car caught on fire and the individuals departed the area on foot preliminary identities of the individuals have been made however further investigation is taking place to confirm this the bureau of alcohol tobacco and firearms is assisting red lake police uh into investigation of the arson and potential further charges at the federal level loss of the brand new vehicle is estimated at roughly forty thousand dollars damage to the exterior of the residents is being evaluated i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
