2nd Individual Arrested in Grand Forks Overdose-Related Collision

a second person has now been charged in an overdose crash into a Grand Forks Church court records say the driver Isa Bowser overdosed on fentanyl passed out and crashed into this church on South Washington Street in Grand Forks on February 12th he was charged with reckless endangerment criminal vehicular injury possession of fentanyl two of his three passengers were injured now 28-year-old Marley Marie Lowden of Grand Forks has been charged with conspiracy to deliver fentanyl for allegedly providing it before this crash Lowden has also been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl after the grandforks narcotics task force executed a search warrant at her Grand Forks residence on February 16th and seized 32 m30 fentanyl pills I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
