HALSTAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding Monalisa Perez. She’s the Halstad, Minnesota woman charged with Manslaughter in the shooting death of her boyfriend, Pedro Ruiz. Perez allegedly shot him in the chest with a 50-caliber pistol. He planned to stop the bullet with a book. She’s out of jail on $7,000 bail.
