Yakha has been charged with two felony counts of terrorizing, felony child neglect, and misdemeanor domestic violence. According to court documents, the charges stem from an assault where Yakha allegedly slapped, kicked, and pulled the hair of a female victim in a demand for a ride to purchase cigarettes and alcohol.
