GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Austin L. Young of Grand Forks is in serious legal trouble after a reckless high-speed drive on Gateway Drive on August 11th. Young, who was clocked by a deputy at 77 miles per hour, was seen dangerously swerving between lanes and nearly colliding with two other vehicles.
When pulled over, Young admitted to consuming five beers and failed a breathalyzer test with a blood alcohol content of .163—more than twice the legal limit. He now faces a felony charge of reckless endangerment and a misdemeanor DUI, adding to his growing list of legal issues.
