Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On Nov. 3 at 1:15 a.m., police allegedly observed a vehicle that appeared to have hit a pillar at Cenex on Eighth Street. The vehicle had sustained damage, and the motorist was still inside.
Adonis Castillo Siles, 25, of Thief River Falls, has been cited for fourth-degree DWI, uninsured vehicle – owner, and a driver’s license violation. He was arrested.
According to the citation, Castillo Siles allegedly displayed indicators of impairment. A preliminary breath test showed a result of 0.141 blood alcohol content. Later, at the jail, a DMT test showed a result of 0.09 BAC.
