Thief River Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – On November 11, police received a report of a domestic assault in the 100 block of Belleville Court. Luke Aaron Noreen, 64, of Thief River Falls, has been cited for domestic assault.
According to the citation, Noreen allegedly punched his wife in the chest and face. A police sergeant noted that the woman’s right eye was swollen.
