GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 31-year-old Jayten J. Barron of Bottineau, North Dakota, is facing a series of criminal charges following an incident with his girlfriend in Grand Forks this week. According to court documents, on June 25th, Barron allegedly threw his girlfriend to the ground in an apartment parking garage, preventing her from leaving because he suspected she was cheating on him. The altercation continued inside the apartment, where he allegedly threw her on the floor again and attempted to grab her phone as she called 911. Barron was arrested and found in possession of syringes that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Jayten J. Barron is now charged with three felonies: felonious restraint, attempted interference with an emergency call, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
