Grand Forks, ND (trfnews.i234.me) –Â In the early hours of August 22nd, a disturbing incident in Legrave Park led to serious charges against two Grand Forks residents, Justin E. Baker and Nicole P. Bartlette.
The pair has been charged with felony conspiracy to commit robbery after allegedly assaulting a man sleeping on a park bench and stealing his backpack.
The victim, who was punched and kicked multiple times, was taken to Altru Hospital for treatment.
Surveillance footage corroborated the victim’s account.
Authorities have identified a third suspect involved, who remains at large.
Updates are expected once the individual is apprehended.
