Zachary T. Metcalf, age 24, of Emerado, ND passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 in Grand Forks, ND.
Zachary Taylor Metcalf was born on October 20, 1999 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Dennis Haugen and Betty Metcalf. Zachary grew up and attended school graduating from East Grand Forks Senior High School with the Class of 2017. He worked as a cook for several restaurants and worked for J.R. Simplot. He also worked roofing with his brother Jamie.
He is survived by his son Finlay Metcalf of Emerado, ND; mother, Betty (Ozzie Osmundson) Metcalf of Emerado, ND and father Dennis Haugen of Bemidji, MN; siblings, Janelle (Adolf Prez) Deziel of Grand Forks, ND, Jaimie (Chelsey) Mudge of Larimore, ND, Cody Aho of St. Paul, MN, Jasmin Metcalf of Emerado, ND, Joseph Haugen of Bemidji, MN, Lucas Haugen of St. Cloud, MN, Sara Lang of Fargo, ND; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, three uncles and Kurt Haugstad.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

Visitation: One hour prior to funeral service on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 also at Dahl Funeral Home.
Interment: Resurrection Cemetery, East Gand Forks, MN
