Wright County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at approximately 9:49 a.m., a two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 12 at Jackson Avenue SW in Cokato. A 2024 Hyundai Palisade, driven by 32-year-old Kelsey Marie Zieman of Annandale, was traveling westbound when it collided with an eastbound 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, driven by 41-year-old Israel Salinas-Cruz of Willmar. Zieman sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Buffalo Hospital. Her one-year-old daughter, Adelyn Zieman, who was properly restrained in a child safety seat, was unharmed. Salinas-Cruz was uninjured in the crash. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not a factor in the incident. The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the cause of the collision.
