According to court records, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandforksgov.com\/government\/city-departments\/police-department\">officer<\/a> noticed a meth pipe in plain view inside his vehicle. As a result, Venecia was arrested on suspicion of drug-related offenses.<\/p>\n<p>During the arrest, Venecia allegedly made threatening remarks to the officer. He reportedly said, &#8220;Wait until I find out where you live, you piece of [expletive], I will effing kill you, [expletive].&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Venecia is now charged with two felony counts of terrorizing and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
