Raymond L. Peltier, of Grand Forks, is charged with felony terrorizing.<\/p>\n

The charge is based on a report described in court documents.<\/p>\n

What Court Documents Allege<\/h2>\n

According to the report, police were called on Jan. 8.<\/p>\n

A juvenile male told officers he was looking for his sister.<\/p>\n

The teen said he ran into Peltier during that search.<\/p>\n

The teen said Peltier tried to punch him two times.<\/p>\n

The teen also said Peltier threatened him with a knife.<\/p>\n

Teen Escapes, Calls Police<\/h2>\n

The teen said another man stepped in during the incident.<\/p>\n

The teen said that the man held Peltier back for a moment.<\/p>\n

The teen said he then fled on a bicycle.<\/p>\n

The teen reported the alleged threat to the police soon after.<\/p>\n

Arrest And Charge<\/h2>\n

Peltier was later arrested, according to the case filing.<\/p>\n

He is now charged with felony terrorizing in Grand Forks.<\/p>\n

Investigators have not released more details in the report summary.<\/p>\n
