Darrin John Anderson<\/strong>, 39, of Cohasset, has been charged with third-degree DWI<\/strong>. He was arrested, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

Traffic stop near Highway 59<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, police performed a traffic stop on Jan. 3 near the intersection of Highway 59<\/strong> and First Street<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The complaint says the vehicle had a revoked registration<\/strong>. It also says the driver was weaving into a turning lane at the time of the stop.<\/p>\n

Signs of impairment are alleged<\/h2>\n

The complaint says Anderson\u2019s eyes were watery. It also says his movements were sluggish.<\/p>\n

Anderson recalled receiving a letter about needing new tabs, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

When asked about drinking, Anderson allegedly said he had a \u201cbeer and a half,\u201d according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The complaint says he failed field sobriety tests.<\/p>\n

Breath test results<\/h2>\n

According to the complaint, Anderson provided a Preliminary Breath Test. He later provided a DMT breath test.<\/p>\n

The complaint says both tests showed a result of 0.22 blood alcohol content<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
