According to the report, Eleanor Delage<\/strong> of Grand Forks, North Dakota, was backing a Chevy Impala Limited<\/strong> when the crash happened.<\/p>\n

The report says Delage backed into a Chevy Tahoe<\/strong> owned by the Pennington County Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
