Police said the incident was reported at Sherwood Park Townhomes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Citation and arrest<\/h2>\n

Ruben Jose Yrigoyen<\/strong>, 35, of Thief River Falls, was cited for domestic assault<\/strong>, police said. Police also said Yrigoyen was arrested.<\/p>\n

Allegations in the report<\/h2>\n

Police said Yrigoyen allegedly assaulted a woman. Police said a boy was also allegedly assaulted.<\/p>\n

It was not known if either person sought medical treatment.<\/p>\n
