Drury was sentenced for felony fifth-degree assault, gross misdemeanor fifth-degree assault, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.<\/p>\n

A misdemeanor charge of obstruction of the legal process, involving interference with a peace officer, was dismissed.<\/p>\n

On the felony assault count, the court imposed an 18-month prison sentence.<\/p>\n

That prison term was stayed for three years.<\/p>\n

Drury was placed on supervised probation for a period of three years.<\/p>\n

A caller reported that a woman with a child had slammed another woman\u2019s hood.<\/p>\n

The caller also reported the car was kicked near Westview Trailer Court.<\/p>\n

An officer arrived and located Drury, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The complaint says she did not follow directions.<\/p>\n

The officer reported that Drury smelled like alcohol.<\/p>\n

When told she was being detained, the complaint says she became aggressive.<\/p>\n

The complaint says she resisted and struck the officer in the face with her hand.<\/p>\n

Her child was present and began crying, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

A deputy assisted during the arrest, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n

The complaint says Drury told the deputy she had nothing on her.<\/p>\n

The complaint says she then kicked the deputy in the upper left thigh.<\/p>\n
