Officer finds vehicle after hours<\/h2>\n

According to the citation, the incident happened on Dec. 20 at 11:25 p.m. Police observed a vehicle at Northdale Square in Thief River Falls. The business had already closed, police said.<\/p>\n

The citation says the vehicle\u2019s hood was up. A man was standing outside the vehicle when the officer first saw it. Police later identified him as Joshua David Lee Weber.<\/p>\n
