HILAIRE, MINN.<\/strong> A St. Hilaire man has been cited and arrested following a reported crash investigation in the area of Pennington Avenue and 150th Street Northeast.<\/p>\n<p>According to the sheriff\u2019s office, the call came in at <strong>2:04 p.m. on Dec. 21<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>What the report says<\/h2>\n<p>The citation states another motorist reported a vehicle driving erratically. When the door was opened, an officer allegedly observed an open bottle of vodka on the floor.<\/p>\n<p>When asked, the passenger allegedly said both she and Johnson had been drinking. The report says Johnson denied drinking alcohol.<\/p>\n<h2>Probation notification<\/h2>\n<p>The report states that both Johnson and the passenger are on probation. Their probation agent was notified.<\/p>\n<p>It was unclear from the report whether the passenger would face new charges related to this incident.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: A citation and arrest are allegations.
