BLAINE, Minn.<\/strong> (trfnews.i234.me<\/a>) \u2013 A 42-year-old Blaine man died Saturday evening after being struck by a pickup truck on Highway 65 in Anoka County.<\/p>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol identified the victim as Anthony Wallace Santeramo of Blaine.<\/p>\n

The fatal collision occurred near 125th Avenue at approximately 7:48 p.m. on November 7, 2026.<\/p>\n

Pedestrian Struck on Highway 65<\/h3>\n

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2012 Dodge Ram was traveling northbound on Highway 65.<\/p>\n

The pickup approached the area near 125th Avenue when a pedestrian entered the northbound lane of traffic.<\/p>\n

The Dodge Ram struck the pedestrian, resulting in a fatal collision.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred within the city of Blaine in Anoka County.<\/p>\n

Authorities confirmed that only one vehicle was involved in the crash.<\/p>\n

Blaine Man Identified as Victim<\/h3>\n

The Minnesota State Patrol identified the pedestrian as 42-year-old Anthony Wallace Santeramo.<\/p>\n

Santeramo was a resident of Blaine, according to the official crash report.<\/p>\n

He suffered fatal injuries after being struck by the pickup.<\/p>\n
