According to a criminal complaint filed in Otter Tail County District Court, the woman was between 16 and 17 years old at the time.<\/p>\n

On April 13, 2026, Fergus Falls police received a report from a woman who wanted to disclose alleged sexual assaults from years earlier.<\/p>\n

The woman, now an adult, described four incidents involving Odegaard, whom she identified as her first cousin.<\/p>\n

According to court documents, the reported incidents occurred in Minnesota, Arkansas, and Texas.<\/p>\n
