Type of Crash: T-bone<\/p>\n

Agencies Involved: North Dakota State Patrol, Wells County Sheriff\u2019s Department, Harvey Fire and Rescue, Harvey Ambulance Service<\/p>\n

\nDriver No. 1: Male, 40, Jordan, MT, not injured
\nRestraints: Seatbelt in use
\nCharges: Under investigation<\/p>\n

Vehicle No. 2: 2020 Dodge Caravan
\nDriver No. 2: Female, 66, Harvey, fatal
\nRestraints: Seatbelt in use<\/p>\n

Passenger No. 1: Male, 28, Harvey, fatal
\nRestraints: Seatbelt in use<\/p>\n

NARRATIVE: On Tuesday, November 3 at approximately 5:07 p.m., a Mack Truck was traveling south on Highway 3. A Dodge Caravan was stopped at the intersection of Highway 3 and Highway 52, the Dodge proceeded forward, failing to yield to the Mack Truck. The Mack Truck struck the Dodge. The driver and passenger of the Dodge died at the scene. The driver of the Mack Truck was not injured. Highway 52 was closed for approximately five hours, and traffic was routed through Harvey.<\/p>\n

The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota State Patrol.
