JAMESTOWN, N.D.<\/strong> \u2014 A Jamestown, North Dakota woman is facing two felony aggravated assault charges after two alleged attacks on the same victim within days.<\/p>\n

Court documents allege Tania M. Angeles<\/strong> struck her father in the head on Tuesday, December 31, 2025<\/strong>. The documents say she hit him about a half-dozen times with a cane.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors allege the victim suffered multiple head cuts. The injuries reportedly required stitches and\/or staples.<\/p>\n

Second alleged assault after release<\/h2>\n

Charging documents say Angeles was released from jail after the first incident. Court records allege she attacked the same victim again on Thursday, January 2, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This time, prosecutors allege she used a frying pan. The documents say the strike caused injury to an area that had already been stapled shut.<\/p>\n
