A defendant is presumed innocent unless convicted in court.<\/p>\n<h2>What court documents allege<\/h2>\n<p>According to the case filing, the incident began on Dec. 30. Investigators allege Schaan entered a Grand Forks apartment without permission.<\/p>\n<p>After that, court documents allege Schaan stole a Chevrolet Silverado pickup connected to the location.
