The woman told investigators she met up with Nefzger after talking on Snapchat. She described him as an old friend.<\/p>\n
She said he came to her apartment, and the visit started out calm. She said it changed fast.<\/p>\n According to court documents, the woman said Nefzger grabbed her from behind. She said he wrapped his arms across her chest.<\/p>\n She said he squeezed hard and made it hard to breathe. She said she fought to get free.<\/p>\n The woman said Nefzger pulled down her sweatpants during the struggle. She said she kept resisting.<\/p>\n She said she broke free and screamed. She said she pushed him toward the door.<\/p>\n The report says Nefzger then left the apartment. The woman said she feared he would kill her.<\/p>\n Court records say Nefzger was later arrested. Prosecutors then filed the felony charges.<\/p>\n The charging document does not decide guilt. It lists what the state says happened.<\/p>\n Nefzger will have the chance to respond in court.
