Calls came in around midday<\/h2>\n

The first 911 call came at 12:51 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025. Police were sent to an apartment building in the 600 block of 21st Street South. The caller reported an assault.<\/p>\n

While officers were driving, dispatch received a second assault report. The reports describe a suspect moving from unit to unit. Investigators say George was located inside another apartment.<\/p>\n

Officers arrested George inside a third apartment, the documents say. Three residents, in three separate units, said they were attacked. The court filings do not list the victims\u2019 names.<\/p>\n

Charges filed<\/h2>\n

Prosecutors charged George with three felony counts of burglary. The charging language alleges threats of serious harm or actual injury during the entries.<\/p>\n

North Dakota law says burglary involves an unlawful entry or stay in a building. The law also requires intent to commit a crime. The statute lists factors that can raise the level of burglary. Those factors can include entering a dwelling at night. They can also include injury or threats of serious injury.<\/p>\n
